This is a photograph of one of the many posters put up around Cambridge University to recruit the expedition personnel
for Operation Hangul, the conservation survey of the Kashmir Stag or Hangul. The response to the poster was huge. Written applications were considered and a shortlist made. This was
then followed by two rounds of interviews. During the interviews, it was decided to increase the team size from 8 to 12. As a result an excellent team was drawn together with the right skills,
experience and temperament to deliver successful ACTIVE CONSERVATION.
